While there has been some recent movement toward some sort of Guild organization and alliances across Darkhaven’s WvW landscape, there has also been a minor exodus in the wake of the pounding our server is receiving from Yak’s Bend.

The problem? Well, a) Yak’s Bend was way under-ranked (about which I am not and won’t ever complain. Keep it up, actually). b) More importantly, Darkhaven still lacks server wide organization. This is the end product of not having a few heavily populated, vocal, dominant, committed Guilds. What we have instead are many unguilded players, many, many minor guilds looking for that “older brother,” and leaders searching for quality alliances.

People try in chat, but when the PUG zergfest is rolling, there’s no stopping it.

So, if your Guild is on a server dominated by multiple others, and if you’ve wanted the chance to do so with your Guild, Darkhaven is in need. We’re a phenomenally competitive group of players that have numbers to compete with anybody and at times have delivered a pounding to top ranked servers.

This isn’t a plea; it’s a suggestion. Come check us out.

We on ehmry have been matched up with you guys a couple times.. i hope you get the people to replace the one’s who have left.. you guys were a fun matchup.

Thank you! After getting trounced by Stormbluff in so many of those daily matchups, Ehmry is one of those servers we’ll always enjoy playing.

Honestly, leadership, participation and basic ability to read map chat have been all but annihilated on Anvil and Dark during this match with Yak’s. Maybe these things will regenerate with the next match, but unless we meet up with a pair of servers who are equally ruined it will just continue the losing spiral.

The queue times may be nearly instant, but people would rather wait six hours to camp someone’s base and win than grind their face against a heavily fortified keep all day long.
