How can this be? I thought IoJ was a server full of hardcore pvpers who never gave up? I mean that’s what IoJ said 2 weeks ago when everyone said they were only winning because of transfers.

Srsly though GG IoJ. As long as HoD is here you won’t be moving down to t3 next week. Although you might be having an exodus of transfers mid week, when those fair weather transfers move to SoS or blackgate. So maybe HoD can take you after all.

I’m from SBI after last week I was expecting to see IoJ come back to tier 1 after their amazing fight they put up last week, However I see the most basic excuse is everyone is doing the Halloween event yes as it may be true its happening on ALL servers even SoS would have a majority of their population doing the event and not WvW, the problem isnt the event its only because SoS has a mass transfer just like we saw go from HoD to JQ, then from JQ went to SoS and Blackgate.

I do hope to see IoJ push back and hopefully come up to t1 next week as a server such as SoS will most likely be brought down after those transfers get bored after a week which has happened so far and result in them having a dead server (ET/JQ/HoD).

Don’t hate on us. We’re trying the Mad King’s Clock Tower challenge instead of doing WvW.

IoJ is still here, given we are as much scratching our heads as you all are in regards to presence, but the WvW community will put up a fight all week. SoS we will endevour to not turn this into a boring week of no action, after all thats fun for noone!

Believe what you will. Point is SoS got some dedicated WvW guilds that transferred over and IOJ’s WvW came to a comeplete halt when the event began, which is evident when IOJ was keeping a steady hold in Tier 1 until the event began.

Not to take anything away from SoS, but you wont see an actual fight until next week.

Was hoping HoD would get bumped down a bit further… I’d really like to get in to WvW, but there’s really no point until we get set against equivalent Worlds.

Maybe next week we can make a decent comeback.

Look we are Occupied with the Halloween event and the Last 2 Acts are set to be released Tomorow…(thats alot to do) and Last I checked IoJ isnt a Hardcore WvW server it just so happens we have good coverage and guilds that Like to do BOTH PvE and PvP.

Until then like it or not just Enjoy the Free Win..we’ll be back to take it back another time whe we are not distracted by World events.

Yeah Fighting Hard doesnt mean Hardcore. It means the Core WvW Communtiy has put forths a great efforrt while at the same time is able to do PvE events. In no way have we ever said we were a Hardcore WvW server and did nothing but WvW.

Transfers ia an overused excuse or almost every battle in all WvW Teirs. If its True for a Server then more power to them and more epic battle should ensue, If not then step off on the accusations simple.

No need to start a Vendetta about it, but if you you have to prove some sort of point just to inflate your ego then consider your inflated or whatever floats your boat.

Just stating facts. Not my fault you’re offended. As someone who took a beating from IoJ, then watched them deny it was because of transfers, I find the irony delicious that now they’re blaming your loss on transfers.

I’m in no way offended about server transfers. For people even if our own IoJ people are Claiming and blaming on transfers for other servers then those people have not seen IoJ in full force without distractons of World events. (Typing as I listen to half my guild doing Mad Tower).

So far no notable Guilds have left IoJ we are all still here. We are just doing something Fun that lasts only a week.

I’m just saying Enjoy the Free Win, We will be back When Halloween is over to take back our spot.

Still wondering why people like you post on this thread other than to make it get locked down.

1. Halloween event takes max 1hour
2. Your complaining about a WvW bug that has been fixed. Deal with it.
3. Server transfers into SoS were over 2 weeks ago, and they were to fill an obvious void in a timeslot on that server.
Enough excuses, if IoJ doesnt want to WvW just say so, your excuses are tiresome.

To the HoD players who kept coming in and attacking supply camps in the southern half of IoJ borderlands, I commend you and would like to give you all props for trying. I don’t remember the tags of you 3 who tried to take lodge against me (Elementalist from [VI]) but you gave me something to do.

I’m about 75% sure that I was one of them. We usually have a small group of about 10 that runs around and just takes random supply camps. We feel that if we can’t win the war might as well have some fun and mess with the leaders.

At the rate everyone is accusing everyone else about mass server transfers, I do believe that disgruntled players on every server think that they’re losing because all the WvWers must have transferred out of their server.

As an SoSer I’d rather the transient population have a mass exodus and leave us like HoD and ET. They’re not a valuable addition to the community. They’re unhelpful in PvE, try to throw their weight around in WvW even though their tactics are complete bollocks and they’re going to leave once we hit Tier 1 so please do us all a favour and just leave now. Capping the entire map is boring for fellow SoSers who stand around building catapults waiting for a ragtag band of demoralised, unmotivated IoJers and HoDers to come waltzing up only to run away after bored SoSers, after waiting 2 hours to see any action, unload all their siege weapons as soon as they see a red name in the horizon like it’s armageddon.

Anyone else noticed the piechart score looking like a red pac-man?

With the halloween event issue. SoS completely understands. we went from near 100% dominance to losing EVERYTHING overnight due to Halloween events. one NA guild (you know who) wrote an open letter to oceanics addressing the issue, oceanic guilds got together and made sure this issue never happened again. although pretty sure it happened to NA guilds as well later on the last few days of the week since we also went from 100% to losing everything. but we still won in the end.
IoJ just has to rally up their forces and put up a fight. prove to everyone you were definately tier 1 material.

Funniest thing said tonight in IOJ was about 4 hrs ago.
Someone said “they took x with mesmer portal and cheated”.
Someone else said “no, they attacked the wall, broke it down, then used the portal to get past the group”.
Serious, that was the highlight.
The point is that yes, people are becoming afraid of their own shadow out there lately.

Good news is every night I tick off someone else asking them to help support supply.
Eventually I’ll have my own team to fight too, 3 on one incoming but since I gave up dungeons when I gave up wow, this is it folks, not going anywhere.
