Today my sever hit garrison Water Gate.
When the water gate down I use Lighting flash teleport to 2F and hit thier golem is not be accept?

when the water gate down use teleport skill to garrison 2F is a bug or technique ?

from wiki, about lightning flash, also just tested it out-

You can only teleport to a location that has a walking path between the location and your location. You cannot teleport to a location that requires a jump to go in either direction.

Having a hard time understanding but let me try here. Your saying your server was attacking an enemy garrison, and when the water gate came down, you used Lightning flash to teleport up to the 2nd floor?

yes, must the gate downed.
By the way, if character in the load room teleport skill can teleport to 2F too

Teleport skills are often prone to bugging out, mesmer blinks, thief shadowstepping etc. Ok so If I understand correctly you were in lords room and you somehow got onto the top floor? near the vista

1F:Forge
2F: have mortar,oil and npc
3F is vista

I saw a great Ele vid this weekend doing the same thing at mendons. He or she was walking below while his team was in Mendons and he used his LF to teleport up to the tower.

Teleport skills work in 3D. Like when you use a mechanical devourer in EoTm and port straight up on to a rope bridge.
