Kodans Gift: Ultimate 3-way Megablob Blobwars
Aesthetics/graphics is on the player’s end. Otherwise known as a combination of your graphics and whatever processor.
Servers have nothing to do with that. However, really low FPS can clog up your input. Meaning if you run on 1 fps you won’t be able to react as fast against someone with 60 fps.
Trinity Of Our EU Lords [Kazo] Zudo Jason Betta
3-way blobfight lag is caused by the global server skill queue getting clogged and unable to send info fast enough back to players.
There are few (if any) computers currently existing that can show 150+ players on screen without dipping to low fps but that is irrelevant. They didnt exist 4 years ago and they still dont today. The only thing you would do is possibly reduce the memory load – which is still irrelevant to begin with as the low quality generic model setting already does that (it still wont perform well).
Graphical quality has zero impact on server performance, all rendering is client side. Server only keep track of player positions, hp, skills, etc. If you get low fps, it’s on your computer. If your fps is fine but players are bouncing around and you are getting skill lag, it’s the server.
