Dear Guild Warriors…

We are a bunch of WvW players on [EU] Desolation. Currently, we are leading in WvW in our tier. We aim to be the best WvW server. We have a strong group of players during prime time but we need better coverage during our off times. We are hereby inviting you to join us! Yay!

We are looking for strong guilds to join our server and provide WvW coverage during the following times:-
London, UK (GMT+1) – 8am to 5pm
Singapore, Asia (GMT+8) – 3pm to 12am
Melbourne, Australia (GMT+11) – 6pm to 3am
New York, US (GMT-4) – 3am to 12pm

EU Servers have proven to be:

• More challenging
• Better organized
• Do not quit fighting regardless of point score

My guild (international guild with players from NA/EU/Asia) tried EU server, and result was poor for some of us… constant 200-500 ping, me and my mate got random spike lag. My elementalist toon take 10-15 sec to switch attunement and I went into pack of woflves near spawn and watching them standing next to me doing nothing, start attacking me 30 secs later, and my toon died due to delayed skills hitting nowhere.

Also heard some NA players in guild having similar issues but not as bad as me and my mate from SEA region.

This post is not to flame on EU servers but to let you know why there are so few of SEA guilds moving to EU server, because at least a portion of players having problem with network.

For information asia internet routing normally goes to US, then to EU… and german is simply too far. Unless we pay to use tunneling service or whatever that help improve latency, WvW action on EU servers… and the EU server tested was Far Shiverpeaks

Yeah man, lets make a new superserver in another league so they get the unique gw2 experience that is server mismatch.

Late night should be for small scale pvp, not fighting vs American zergs who happened to have transferred because they cant win v’s players (not npc’s)on their own servers.

I wonder which american zerg transferred over there… hmmmm, what was that guild called again?

I wonder if RUIN and IRON aren’t enough. How many figures do we need to display their amount of guildmembers?

I am playing from SEA.
So far, it isn’t that much diff for me playing on US or EU server.
I have played on NA server and it seemed that ppl gave up too easily which is quite different from what I see on this EU server.
It’s a nice change. I’d like to stay and make WvW during my playtime more fun. At the moment, we get the unmanned buff during the time I listed.

Especially favored from Desolation If you want to go on Servers with a friendly, helpfull, and organised Community and strong tactics, go to Kodash or Far Shiverpeaks…

Dont worry about all the hatters they prob leave soon and we can have only people that are welcoming and friendly and want to succeed in wvw. Again We welcoming any guild from other timezones and some guilds that can cover the Eu morning day time. Don’t really mater you from Eu or any other zone. People that Q_Q about night play and morning caping are the carebears.
