Dear Community,

I am looking for a good European Server that has alot of WvWvW. At the moment I’m playing on Far Shiverpeaks, but it isn’t the same anymore.

So any suggestions for a good server and information would be awesome to hear!

Ring Of Fire, yes we are a very low teir server but we have a strong wvw and do punch above are class, we have a very good night team but we do lack some what of a day team, but we still keep the points rolling in also no que time :P

I doubt he’ll join a lower ranked server, seeing as how he’s leaving FS because it’s not doing so well anymore.

Yeah, I sort of given hope on people who come here, they all just want easy wins.
People even suggest not to go to the lower tiers because we’re not “competitive”.
Even though we have tons fun.
I always see people complaining about zerg did this and zerg did that.
But when you tell them to join a T7/8 Server they say no way. Even though the Roaming group matters a lot more in T7/8 than in the upper tiers.

Desolation server in Tier 2 would be the best place to be for you! The WvW action is great fun, organised and always busy, but no queues or nightcapping (better than Tier 1). Our server is English-speaking with a close group of WvW guilds sharing TS and our leaders invite more players/guilds to join us.

I recently moved from FSP because of lack of wvw interest there and decided to move to SFR.
Didn’t really like SFR even though its much stronger than Deso, finally moved to deso and quite satisfied with it so far. i also joined iron guild and like their focus towards wvw.
if your looking for a good server, deso is definitely worth looking into.

I’ll keep that in mind if one of my chars stay on FSP.

I’m not here for the easy wins. I’m looking for a server that has alot to offer and has competition ;-) From what I have read is the Desolation server the best one out of the replies, but I thank you all for the nice information

I’ll give Desolation a try so see you on the battlefield!

Edit: One more question! I just saw that Desolation is full is there any time of the day (GMT+1) that I’m able to server transfer?

Then you should just stay at FSP…

Desolation is never full outside of few hrs of the day… retry in about an hour and u will get in.

You can NOT transfer just one character, servers are account bound, if you do however have several accounts you can be in more than one place at once..

Haah I didn’t know that… thank you for the information and in a matter of fact it is possible to get a new strategy out for FSP. So yeah now I got a dilemma. I read your guilds website

As an FSP player i can say that matches only get nice the lower tier we go.
The higher the tier the more zerg it will be. And be honest, who likes the zerg? People only like the zerg on the instant that they win, if you loose it will be because of culling, portalbombs, aoe limits and all that.
I prefer smalller scale wvw gangs of 10, 15, 20 ppl max.
No culling, no portalbombs, or at least not as devastating, no issues with stacking up zergs cause of aoe limits.
And gates don’t act like they are made of paper, seeing a zerg drop 4 rams on a gate and knock it down in 1 minute, what’s the fun in that.
I’m staying in FSP even if we have to fight vabbi every week

Don’t worry, you’ll be better off than vabbi lol
