Perhaps before merging servers to give essentially all servers queues out the kitten , would it have made sense to maybe fix the lag experienced in most borderlands when more than 40 people per server fighting?

Yeah, I felt the lag too. Whenever enemy blob showed up, game just stopped for full second.

(I mostly play on BL maps since EB has queues)

I have been getting crazy lag spikes recently too, and its gamewide, though I think its more due to my isp.

I had very few minor lag spikes since the linking. Usually happened in during massive blob fights, but that used to happen before the merger as well.

So nobody else is getting immense amounts of skill lag?

I haven’t been getting any lag, but then again, I have a very fast fiber optic ISP. And I turn my graphics down before going to wvw.

We were getting lengthy skill latency in EBG tonight but the DBLs seem to be fine with the same # of people.

Still getting fair amounts of lag during NA prime. No word from Anet. Why merge our servers if you’re not going to address this.

because lag is something that is a complex problem that involves more than just their servers, but also your isp and the local traffic in your area at that point in time just to name a few factors (there are many more factors that these). It’s not like they have a switch that can turn lag on and off

Had extremely fun 3 hour raid yesterday on BL map against many enemy guilds. No lag anywhere, everything ran smoothly.
