Stormbluff Isle is reporting a lot of lag, we’re having trouble with skills firing off and one of us reported that trebbing is even difficult. Is anyone else having nasty lag? I noticed it a day or two ago but today it seems really bad. Based on how many complaints there are I don’t think we’re all having bad internet connections.

So, anyone else struggling with lag in WvW?

Same on FA. Seems sporadic but still enough to be annoyingly noticeable.

I am also getting rather copious amounts of lag. It can be pretty difficult to kill people with hammer when you realize that your attack you pressed over a second ago never started….

I have been having a good deal of wvw lag although sporadically since saturday or sunday. Hopefully they will address whatever the issue is soon. Until then, I am killing zombies .

Having a similar problem on TC, but it’s sporadic. Ever since the November 15th events, it’s been happening to me a couple times a day

Turn off shadows, they eat a lot of processing power.

If that doesn’t work, make sure you have more than 4gigs of ram. Ideally a game like GW2 with high resolution will require no less than 8gigs of system ram and no less than 2GB of video ram.

The only time I ever see any kind of lag in WvW is when I’m in SM with two other servers in a 3 way battle with 50+ players per side. Otherwise, there is no sight of the lag monster.

I run a laptop with 16gigs system ram, 2g dedicated video and turn shadows off. My FPS is like 50 in zerg fights unless the before mentioned SM battles go on, in which my FPS is like 15 and I have 2 sec delay’s on spells.

It’s an Anet issue, the WvW servers can’t handle players having a massive 3 way over a keep.

It was always a bit iffy but lately, at times, it’s unplayable I’m afraid..

Getting a lot of lag in WvWvW as well compared to other zones, particularly in EB. Skills that trigger 5-10 seconds later, taking a long time before I can exit a keep door, etc.

This is how it has been for me lately, mostly during the nighttime “EST” but yeh making me play other games which isn’t really what I want to be doing.
965be at 3.8ghz 8gb mushkin radioactive 1600mhz ddr3 560ti 2gb video 53.5mbps/10.6mbps line speed test and I’m lagging … I do not believe it is my end.
