Does leveling up restore all HP?
And does leveling up still give out a blast that pushes back enemies?

I had yesterday a lvl up in WvW and yes: it restores all HP (I wanted to lure a zerg to my ppl, but got in DS, but than our zerg rolled over them, and I had a lvl up) and enemies still gets pushed away. I call it “tactical lvl up”

but having lvl up doesn’t have anything to do with wxp consumables… like it says you get wxp, not ep.

This might be OP is it was more common with what the first guy is getting at

Yes sorry, meant the level stuff..
Hope it doesn’t apply to Wxp aswell.
