Have a few people talking about coming back, most of them myself included have been wondering.

Are the linked worlds permanent or will they rotate or be linked with another server at some point?

Relinking is done every two months. What servers get linked and how they choose to link them is anyone’s guess atm.

Links are scheduled to change every 2 months and the glicko volatility and deviation gets reset along with it. Previously every server in NA had a link while this time around T1 servers got no link and T4 servers got up to four servers linked together. EU servers get linked according to language.

Little of the original topic but instead of making multiple posts, is there a guide somewhere with details about guild halls and the new banners and the likes. My understanding is you need a guild hall then you need to level it up in order to get the new banners. Is that correct?

IMHO GH were the major cause of death to wvw when HOT came out, not the dbl. Guild Halls are very expensive to level (or were) making small guilds useless….

Since they flipped the +5 from top to bottom of the guild hall upgrades, small guilds now only need a level 6 guild for the basics (compared to 37 before or whatever it was). 5 peeps (or probably as low as 2-3 if they are in good PvE classes on good builds and get lucky) can cap a guild hall.

good to know, but too little too late for many of those guilds…
