Over the last couple of days I received 8 flasks of liquid WvW XP..
When I click on them however, they don’t give any WvW XP. Is this a bug?

Maybe it’s the ones that work for your reward track ? These fill the bar attached to the minimap.

As per ThomasC, are you referring to the new wvw potions you get in your dailies? They just advance your reward track, not your wvw experience.
