Looking for EU English speaking guild
Mid Tier it ain’t, but have you considered T8? FC would seem to fit your criteria. I play 6 PM – 11:30-ish PM on my work days so don’t have experience with the late night shift beyond that, but I can say we seem to be doing quite well and I love our aussie/nz players. The tier is right now very balanced, though ET is stumbling due to internal drama that will hopefully be sorted out. FC has a dedicated teamspeak server. We can always use more Ellie healers, and I think you would find yourself to be in high demand since we’re frequently short or totally lacking mesmers for some bizarre reason.
NSP is perfect for both of you! We have good commanders(in the WvW guilds) who know how to ball and effectively run zergs! We have a very friendly community and always fight back hard through the many hardships we have had. We have TS servers and also specifically for you guys we have a solid group of Euro players who play daily and are very skilled and organized who would love to have you 2 join them in their fights! Pm me if you need more info

Hi,
I just want to warn you. I am a US based (East Coast) player who currently plays on European servers. In my personal experience, for the time slots that you mentioned, there are very few organized guilds to play with and to play against. It is the time zone known as “nightcapping” here as playing in EU is not really a coverage game. Yes, there are people online and in WvW following commanders and on community teamspeaks and such, but in general it is not organized guild raids fighting other organized guild raids. EU is a great place to come if you are looking for group synergy play, but the timezones you play should be a huge contributing decision making factor here.
I can only speak for my personal experience. It may be different in other tiers and servers I have not played in.
I hope this helps.
If you’re looking for mid-tier, it’s not that much of a drop down, but I’d possibly put forward Sea of Sorrows for consideration. We’re a T3/4 world with the experience of having been in T1 for such a long time, but with very much a fun and community-first approach to things.
If you want to read more about the world itself, this post might be of interest:

In terms of potential guilds that you might want to consider on SoS, I’d put forward ourselves from [SoV] or the good folks from [Fang]. We’re two of the larger PvX guilds on the world, although they have a slightly larger presence in WvW than us at the moment. If you’d like a little more information on them or any of the other currently-recruiting guilds on the world, feel free to take a nose through the guild profiles on the community site, http://gw2sos.com
I’m also more than happy to field any questions you might have – feel free to drop me a forum PM or a whisper in game.

Do a google search for “ZoS wiki” for guild history (oldest guild in the game inc GW1)
I am an EU times commander on an NA Server NSP, as dunberry posted above, we fight back hard and stand our ground. We could use any extra hands. (I especially could use more EU folks)
NSP consists of many small guilds and one or two large wvw guilds, Os being our mothership. Love those guys, always fun and always there when they are needed. Great cross-guild communication and teamwork.
Give me a pm in game, im currently in my exam season so not playing much (until next friday, then i’d say im gonna log 48 hours straight! haha) Give me a shout ingame
Im always on from 8 GMT onwards during exam season and usually earlier other days.
