Looking to transfer to a different server.

Any advice which server has most OCEANIC NZ/AUS population? And the active guild too. (No t1 server please my crappy comp cannot handle the lag lol)

IoJ recently suffered an exodus of players and are on their way down. Their OCX have moved to: T1, SBI, and FA.

SBI I believe has the strongest OCX that is not T1. They are growing, too. HoD also has some decent OCX. Also, a rising server.

Did SBI get some OCX or something? They had like no OCX the last time FA matched up against them and that was before FA had some more OCX transfers from IOJ. OCX on any of the T2 servers is pretty active right now.

Edit: Oh I see, Hamster mentions SBI got some recent OCX transfers from IOJ.

I would say the T1 servers probably have the most ocx players.

On SoS, we used to the unofficial OCE server. But after a couple guilds transfer away to T1 . We are about even with other T2 competitors. We still have the largest PvX OCE population though.

SBI has the largest OCX below T2, with about 30-35 players active in WvW in that time zone. Only one OCX guild as far as I’m aware; most of those numbers are pugs.

That said, if you’re looking for action, I recommend T1 or T2. OCX is pretty dead in T3, with SBI PvDooring most of the time. That may change when HoD comes up, but I remain a bit skeptical.

Just a thought: you may not want to transfer to the server with the MOST OCX presence, as a game without competition can get quite boring. However if you get satisfaction from not having to put in much effort, pile on!

That being said, I can understand why you wouldn’t want to go to a completely empty server. A happy medium might be nice.

I concur with the above. I would recommend seeking a server with some OCX, but not the best OCX. Also, I would recommend also sticking with T3/4, where servers are still establishing their OCX presence. This would really be any Mag/DH/CD/NSP, in my opinion. Any lower, you will find no opposition at all. Any higher, and the servers already have strong OCX in comparison.

Honestly, for OCX, if you want decent NA-esque fights, you need to go to T1. For slightly smaller fights, then T2. Under T2, you’ll get a few 10-15 man zergs karma training. Not saying those servers are dead, but there’s little to no competition there.

If I’m wrong, please let me know cause I kind of want out of T1 myself.

Hey, I’m OCX as well and am on YB. T2 seems to be fine if you’re into the whole zerging thing, however, better off going to T1 for that. Yet, I am much more of a solo-roaming type but cannot find any decent fights in T2. Can anyone recommend a server to drop down to which isn’t dead nor 50 man blobs?

If you want OCX fights in a lower tier, join a server that will fight HoD and SBI. So… MAG would be your best bet.
