Can you get experience and loot for only healing and giving boons to allies while they are in battle but never damaging an enemy????

No. I don’t believe so … If you mean bags and badges you have to tag the enemy.

not from players or npcs
but if you are in the circle during a take you will get that credit.

Please get your priorities straight Anet.
Stat increase = gear grind.
Gear grind = no money from me ever again.

Why would you want to play support? Play Warrior and mash Hammer F1. Nobody needs healing when your whole team is doing that.
