I was under the impression that the key you receive after completing the WvW Season 1 meta achievement that your key would be given at the end of the season. I was speaking to others who DID receive theirs and corrected me saying I should have gotten my key at the time of completion from the achievement. I have completed it, I have the title, but NO key. I never received it. I completed it fully about a week prior to me submitting this, I’ve double checked my bank as well. I would appreciate if any ANET staff could please look into this problem and issue my key too me as I will not be able to open the chest given at the end of the season.

I didn’t know where else to put this, I’ve submitted an in-game bug report a few days ago but no response as of yet.

I’m one rank up from completing my meta, so I don’t have my key yet, but these kinds of things are sometimes mailed to you via in-game mail. Have you checked there?

Mine wasn’t mailed. I believe it was in a chest that pops up in the lower right of the screen as rank chests do.

Are you logged onto the same character that completed the meta? If you didn’t open the pop-up chest it should still be available for you to claim when you log onto the proper character.
