I’m starting to find EB to be a lot more fun to play in then BL map. FA is just too predictable in our BL, SW camp, SW tower, treb treb treb treb then lose west keep. If we all just queue up EB, it would put a lot of pressure on FA since they can’t call in reinforcement to double our numbers whenever they please.

Nice. I think my favorite part is the Eternal Section of Mumble is typically empty, so I really have no idea who’s doing what there.

PPT UPDATE (with a pic of EB. Mag currently holds half of DB borderlands and most of their own BL. FA’s BL is near completely green.)

FA has their chat there so they can constantly reassure themselves that the score matters.

If you had that many badges you could afford to buy new gear every time you died instead of paying for repairs. Then you might not have to run around naked half of the time.

True, and likely most of those deaths are when he solo rushes into a zerg after one of his epic inspirational speeches because everyone in the squad realized this guy’s sporting legendaries and other hardcore gear but he’s not wearing any pants.

True, and likely most of those deaths are when he solo rushes into a zerg after one of his epic inspirational speeches because everyone in the squad realized this guy’s sporting legendaries and other hardcore gear but he’s not wearing any pants.

I thought the no pants thing was a strategic distraction for lingering eyes of the enemy zerg.

I wish I was into zerging. Need badges to grow my electronic d.

I dunno I can’t look at Invalid’s face with a straight face so the nudity probably has a dazing effect.

This is a false very false statement. The 10% isn’t going anywhere without the 90%.

Whats with the gear discussion anyway?

Last night was an off-night for me, I lost my cool and ranted a bit in chat and got threatened with a “REPORT” by my own in /T chat, but I’m here to say Ive read the guide pinned about chat and I was wrong for using team chat to vent.

Here’s what happened:
-I finally que’d into EB and saw the normal group of commanders I see, so I tried to join squad no luck, decided get some daily’s while checking camps, sentry’s and what not like a good WvW newbie right?
-I then see a group of 3 commanders and lots of yellow dots in the Jumping puzzle area along with a command to report to JP right away, the commander happens to share a name similar to a person I know in a guild I trust, both tags start with “Lady” so I figure better go help not paying much attention to who called it.
-Enter JP see guild member as mentioned run to location and “Wha bam” stuns from hell and insta-death 3 enemies come out of steath leaving me dead, happens right?
-I warn team using /t about the BS going on and get the heckling of the year from all on /t.

What I learned:
-Never let your guard down.
-People you know aren’t always who they seem.
-Team chat is for anyone who wants to use it, including server hoppers.
-Don’t continue to use /t to argue with the enemy’s among us.

I never really thought it was that big of a deal, but it did kitten me off to find out how low our enemy’s will stoop to and that I fell for it.

Great plan really, infiltrate, name similar to jp messmer, tag on commander and let it rip.

Good one guys.

You know we have a guild named CAMP, right?
And all they do is CAMP the JP and troll. Before the seige ban, they used to build hundreds of Flame Rams, too.

They don’t need to put plants in your /f to know when to stun/smackdown the wary JP doer.

Well the guild involved was not mentioned in my post for a reason. I’m not here to spread hate or rumors. Just provide others on my team with facts about whats going on so we are all aware of it.

However I still find it annoying that people on our own team are not warning other about this in game, then again who are you supposed to trust.

ANET suggestion:
Please make the Commander Title an achievement for active WvW participation and somehow only usable on server it was earned. Would put an end to some degree this kinda cheap trick used by some people.

wait… so is that guy claiming that someone on mag made a char, named it similarly to a commander on FA, then proceeded to buy a commander icon for that char, to lure unsuspecting nubs into the JP to get geared? LOL

this is better than the guy from emery bay claiming large guilds on mag were committing credit card fraud to fill their queue’s with spies.

I actually didn’t start recording until the golem was on top of us. It was a big WTF moment and I hit the record button.

“Dang” (Apparently you can’t start with kitten . I was looking forward to watching myself march toward all of you, with mass invis as my only stealth. Either way, the best part was the mumble. It’s a shame we couldn’t record that.

some fun times tonight, I’m pretty sure we redeemed ourselves. Some excellent defense going on tonight though, made it interesting.

Some amazing fights in DB BL tonight, really awesome with maguuma in the beginning of the night, and later on with DB. Great defense on the garrison! And maguuma we built that cata to knock out some siege.

BT had a blasty blast tonight guys, thanks to all those who came out!

We have large guilds on Mag?

Yeah, it was really fun. “Hey, let’s build an Omega here because why not? And port me on top of the tower”. Then after getting the omega down from the tower he was like “Alright guys, just port me on top of that cata… just do it!” And so we did.
