Allow me to actually make an argument for it. As it is now siege weaponry are being traded between characters via the drop bundle mechanic. This works well when giving teammates blueprints, but it is somewhat annoying when you are not part of a team and wish to swap characters. Your choices are either put your trust in a stranger who may run off with your blueprints, or spend money you are able to transfer via the bank to your other character to buy new blueprints. The best part is this still does not allow players to send blueprints in the mail, requiring a player to get inside a fortified position before placing the weapon blueprint.
