Just mix some zerk and valk gear. Like you would have when it was called the Berserker amulet.
There are no armor types with two “high” stats in PvE/WvW. Instead, combine components.
Unfortunately, in your case, the simplest combos would be:
Power/precision/ferocity (Zerk) + Precision/power/vitality(?)
or
Power/precision/vitality(?) + Precision/power/ferocity (Assassin)
Those ??? are unavailable gear combos. On top of that, the availability of certain stats like Assassin and Valkyrie in ascended trinkets is limited.
I recommend you go into gw2skills.net and mess around with the stats to see how close you can bring it, perhaps using Soldier’s or Sentinel’s gear to shore up your Vitality, or relying on food/tools to make up a gap somewhere.

Closest I have come (and I am sure you could get closer) is zerk weapons, assassin armor, and zerk + valk accessories. Gives roughly the same (though still a bit light on vitality)

The new marauder is quite a bit different from zerk + valk.
It has high precision and low power. While zerk + valk gives you high power and low precision. You probably have to mix in assassin to get a closer stats to the pvp marauder.
Usually you can also go for zerk + valk + precision food.
zerk gear, zerk/valk hybrid trinkets / assassin weapons
you should be fairly close to marauder by doing so.
Aight ill try some new combinations out. Annoying that ascended is zerker-valk and not normal valk. Im thinking Zerker valk Trinkets, Zerker Armor, Valk Weapons, Precision food/utility.

just went into a theory craft to attempt to get the same stats. With guard stacks it can be done. Higher stats even. But without (especially since they plan on getting rid of the guard stacks) i was shy on HP and high on both Ferocity and Power. I assume alot of other Amulets for PvP are the same way/have the same problem. Is this why some builds viable in PvP have no place or struggle in WvW?

When you come across a PvP build that doesn’t translate to WvW (and vice versa) it’s probably more likely that the purpose for which it was built doesn’t have a parallel in the other game mode, and it is therefore ineffective.
Getting back to stats it’s doable, but not without using a rune like Exuberance/Wurm. You’re gonna end up high on Power/Ferocity and struggle to balance Crit/Vit.
The hardest part of replicating this distribution is just Precision + Vitality.
So, consider this…
1. Do you actually need the exact stats, including really high Precision mixed with only moderate Ferocity? Or is the benefit just Zerk + some Vitality? (If you used the old-style Berserker amulet with some Vit thrown in, would your build work just as well?)
2. What if you just used food or a Perception sigil (WvW stacks kills fast) for the Precision?
i would like close to the same stats bc it keeps me alive and i still do good damage. The runes and sigils i use are all important for my build. I guess i will just adapt to having less Vit + everyone having more burst. Or just remain in PvP since WvW is a lag fest most days anyways…even tho WvW is my favorite game mode. oh well
