Guild Wars 2

It will be like the days HOD fell apart and ET splintered. Chances are only a small % of guilds will move but it will be all drama and excitement and egos.

the problem is IoJ is taking a hit but we have no one to replace the old guilds. i was at EB yesterday no commanders were for like the 3rd day in a row. so i hd to buy the title myself and try to at least hold what we have. IoJ is a great server to be in but were loosing guilds left and right. i hope some guilds can jump on board.

Which big FA guilds left since yesterday? I heard HAWK is taking a break from GW2, but that is unrelated to the announcement.

I do know many IoJ guilds are leaving, but I’m not sure that is related to the announcement either.

Servers will adapt, new leaders will emerge, guilds will reform. Sorry to hear about IoJ struggling but give it time. All you can really hope for in WvW is a good fight anyway.

What is the point of this thread other than to start unsubstantiated rumors about your opponents?

FA is perfectly fine. We only lost ULTD (3 weeks ago?) and PTX (2 weeks ago?) that I know of. Though they were both good guilds, in total they probably fielded around 20 to 30 players total during their peak times. Both weren’t too recent either, so as you see FA is still doing quite fine.

Edit to say 20 or 30 combined.

No current FA guilds are leaving as far as I know.

ULTD left GW2 all together more than 2 weeks ago now. Sad to see them disenchanted with the game so soon before all the updates that are coming.

PTX bandwagoned to SoS about 2 weeks ago also. No great loss there to be honest.

Is this old or something? IOJ lost all there major guilds no news there. FA gained most of IOJ guilds and is dominating tier 3 no news there either…..

I would also like to point out this guy that started this thread is from cd lol. Click on his name and see how he’s been recruiting for them. Trying to start rumors about your opponents….

It was already announced on the FA forum when this topic was created. I didn’t want to say anything about it on these forums because I thought it would be funny for CD to get confused why there were IoJ guild tags next to Fort Aspenwood Invader. Someone just had to mention it in the match thread later in the day though.

I do miss PTX though, they were very nice to work with and when we lost them and ULTD, we did take a hit,but even with our numbers at that time we somehow managed to get second place.

I was in PTX. A fair amount of the group stayed on FA and joined other guilds. A handful went SoS and some left the guild and went to CD. I think the one’s that left are looking back with envy now. You can’t spell kitten without Isle of Fort kittenpenwood in the Janthir.

Some of ULTD has also returned to FA. Quenta fired up his production studios again.
