Don’t remember, but I seem to recall I was able to get all the mats I needed to buy from those two. Do you really need the others to buy crafting mats ? If not then that is possibly why.

There’s no master cook or scribe so I still have to go to guild hall for Basins or w/e those things are that go into Linseed Oil.
you can access guild bank from the guild registrar person. Not sure about milling basins, haven’t really crafted in wvw anytime recently
