Merger small servers

With the current system Megaserver there is no longer a need to have as many servers. I believe that merging smaller servers on a larger can be a solution.

Why? Because you play on one and your server lack players or you play on blob server and you cant think someone can have better playtime?
I know my guild enjoy playing on low rank server.
