Maybe this has already been asked, but are mistforged hero weapons still obtainable with the ticket changes, and if so, how?

Similar to the higher tiers of Triumphant armor, you must unlock the skin for a Hero Weapon — probably by completing the reward track for Hero Weapons — and then the corresponding Mistforged Hero Weapon will be available to you for purchase at the cost of Skrimish Claim Tickets and Memories of Battle (in addition to gold and Grandmaster Marks for the ascended version).

Check out the Skirmish Merchant in the Mistwar and hover your mouse over items not made available to you. It’ll tell you the requirements for “unlocking” the purchase.
