Any idea if Anet is still planning on adding a way to obtain these skins in the near future for WvW rewards? Couldn’t they just add a WvW reward track for Gift of Heroes like they have for Gift of Battle?

Nope they cannot. It’s just not realistic as has been covered in threads 10x already since reward tracks were introduced. The reason is its just too hard and they want to punish wvw players for asking in new threads once a week.
