More classes OP than the other?
Formerly [QT] Questionable Tactics
I think it’s just a matter of perspective and most QQ’s come from 1v1s or someone recognizing how powerful a certain class/specc can be in a group setting. I just think that the majority of gamers out there when they get smoked by a certain class/specc would rather call for a nerf than realize that the same person that smoked them can get beaten just as badly by another class/specc.

Sorry buddy, I agree with you 100% but if you follow the history of the relationship between devs and the player base for most to all MMOs (not limited to) You cry enough and get enough people to cry with you, they will fold and make a change.
Zikory – Retired Thief
Zikkro – Zergling Necromancer
I wished necro marks were op =/
Staff ele does what staff necro does but better, except for the fear.
That plague + chilling darkness though, that thing kicks kitten
Too bad its only for 20 seconds every 180 seconds.

The fact that you didnt mention Rangers justify our feeling that certain classes are OP.

No, certain professions are overpowered when put into certain situations.
A warrior in the field isnt particularly overpowered, good, but i wouldnt call it a clear cut above the norm. Stick that sucker in an Arrow Cart and enjoy chain immobilizing a 50man zerg, which is clearly utterly overpowered.
Necro’s, i wouldnt say are overpowered. They are good in bulk to control a small area with marks and such nastiness.
Mesmers are OP, but because they are the only profession that allows you to completely and totally bypass ALL siege action with Portal. The Confusion thing isnt the Mesmer being overpowered, its Confusion being overpowered. Testament to this is that its already been nerfed in sPvP a long time ago, by a massive 50% cut in damage.
Mesmers are just the most prevalent source of Confusion, but an Engineer that gets his 10+ stacks of Confusion up will also melt you in seconds. Because Confusion is overpowered.
Bunker Ele’s? Hmm, not sure. They are bunkers, its what they do. Hard to kill, like other bunkers. Their damage is probably a little above the average bunker, but not much. Bunker ele’s (i assume you mean d/d) dont dish out all that much damage and rely on basicly 2 hardhitters to connect. And there are some serious hardcounters to these Ele builds.
Thieves are OP because they can go full GC and get away with it due to stealth. But just like with Mesmer, its more about this mechanic of Stealth being overpowered, but only Thieves can use it to such extent.
Being able to setup an instagib without the target being able to see it comming, since its comming from stealth. And then simply running away in more stealth, not much that can stop a Thief from escaping. Which is just frustrating to anyone fighting a Thief because they can just do what they want with not a whole lot of consequence due to their rediculous evasiveness. Most issues related back to the high amounts, and uptime of, Stealth. But Stealth is an issue besides with Thieves aswell. Veil for a whole zerg is also just crazy.
There is a huge skill variation between players in WvW. The large majority of players don’t know how to play their own class, let alone someone elses.
