Move jump puzzle to its own instance
Although I’m with you on this, here is an advice we use on our server.

Brooke its the way GW2 set up jumping puzzles in wvw. Its the only true way to gain badges guaranteed so people want it when going for legendary.
Maybe if GW2 WvW drops weren’t so broken, people wouldn’t have to rely on Badges from jumping puzzle in EB.
OP is not asking to remove them, but to move them to a different instance so the chats would be seperated.
i suggest using voip/guild/party whatever if you want to have private tactical comms.
imho puzzles are part of open world pvp even if not so zergy than your ordinary keep so ppl should be able to freely spam their stuff there even if important commanders who bought a skillbook with 100g dont like it. i actually want even more jump puzzles and other minigames in wvw.
I agree on other mini games but ones that contribute to the overall effort of war/w3 points. JP has no place taking up valuable spots on the limiter.

I’m with you, I too would like to see more PvP minigames, puzzles, and even dungeons. However, the problem with putting these in the same instance as a WvW map though is that the puzzles will be seen as a nuisance and a burden in the eyes of the WvW crowd due to the shared queue and population cap. This also means that many players may refrain from trying to organize themselves in JP using the chat because they don’t want to disturb the WvW effort.
In my opinion, these alternative forms of PvP should be seen as “just another way to enjoy the game”, as legitimate as anything else. And I believe the right way to accomplish this is to move them away from WvW, so that they do not compete over resources (players, pop cap, chat).
The EB has a portal entrance, it is already an instance. I dont understand why it has to share the map resources has EB?
Making it so when you enter the EB jumping puzzle, you leave the WvW map to a seperate instance, then to rejoin WvW you have to join the queue again (if there is one).

I think a couple of u r missing the biggest issues. While the chat clogging is annoying , have 25+(have seen up to 50) people in the in the jp while u have full q and r getting pushed by to full servers is a major handicap. On the legendary issue I think that if wvw have to do pve to get them, then pve players should have to do wvw to get them

How much luck have you actually had in getting anonymous puggers to follow that rule?
Ok but take the Badges out then.
Edit: And if random JP chat is really destroying your ability to command… well i wouldnt call that good commanding in the first place.
