Movement barbs = bad idea
Idd, movement is one of the few means of outplaying a larger group.
Just dont implement this in wvw PLEASE.
I have to see an implementation of this in an MMO that wasn’t a completely horrible idea. If you stay still you die, but if you move you die? I hope the implementation was well thought out, but somehow seriously doubt it given the classes you gave it to.
Kinda like if you don’t attack you lose..if you attack you lose, too? Sounds familiar..

If a condition was introduced that instantly killed you after being up for 3 secs would it be fine cause condi removal exists?
Its just a bad idea, it wont add anything positive to the game (in wvw at least).
