Multiple Superior Siege in Mystic forge
As a side note, I wish they would stop putting in skill point sinks for the PvErs.. As a fellow commander who makes A LOT of superior siege and can’t afford to buy it all, those sinks are really killing me.
I fully agree with the OP. As some one that regularly makes siege, its a unnecessary time sink.
@Viking Jorun I know this doesn’t fix your problem but if you are a regular commander and have a decent following, remember to ask for siege and skill point donations. You would be surprised how many people are willing to “tip” for your time with siege.

As A commander in on a very highly populated WvW server… I make ALOT of superior siege.. which must be done in the mystic forge… it takes A long time to make 100 superior siege of any blueprint like ram, arrow cart, catapult… please make it so i can que 250 elder wood logs 250 mithril Ore and 50 siege master guide and 100 blueprint of ram, arrowcart, or catapult and then come up with – 50 superior seige of the respective blueprint to save me ALOT of time and mindless clicking… PLEASE PLEASE Dev team It would be such a help and it would not but OP in any way just quality of LIFE and pretty basic PLEASE

Agreed! Repetitive strain injuries are not fun.
Make sure it has a confirmation window. And an ability to stop the process anytime.
Agreed, I’d just like to be able to buy/make a super-sized econo-pack blueprint that makes 50 siege at a time. Doing that twice for 100 is not a bad deal. They can already stack multiples to make stacks of mystic salvage kits.
Good suggestion. We already have Wal Mart siege (aka regular). Now we need Costco siege (bulk)!
Yes.
The mystic fountain stuff is OK for those people who like to gamble and the slow process probably gives the poor fools a thrill of anticipation – but when it comes to a stricly utilitarian process like upgrading siege, it’s pointless.
In fact, it would be better if we were to drop the logs and mithril nonsense too – that’s an equally pointless bit of theatre. Just let us convert a stack of siege at a cost of points and gold if you like. Maybe trade them at the siege merchant.
Then we can get on with the actual killing bit , which is all we’re interested in.
1) agree with OP, i hate it aswell
2) donate skill points? how?

Send materials to people to craft them, who then send plans back to you.

This is an MMO with a centralized trading post. The people who enjoy repetitive strain injury for slights amount of coin profit will naturally notice the increase in Superior siege. As the profit margin goes up, people with spare skill points will naturally “donate” skill points into the market.
The free market doesn’t always work, but when it does work, take advantage of it heavily. 30 silver for a superior treb is a steal, considering that it costs 24 Silver to buy a regular treb.

Dragontamer he probably thought something different. Like Siege merchant selling 1 superior ram for 2 normal rams. Much easier to click on buy button, than 5x click in MF

ANet has created the best trading system in any online game since Earth 2025 (which had this trading post thing down pat back in the late 90s).
If you don’t want to spend hours clicking buttons on the Mystic Forge, trust me, someone in this game wants to do that. Take advantage of the vibrant economy here on GW2, and buy Superior Siege from them on the Trading Post.
