“Rejoice rejoice” the gathering crowd shouted, while swilling jerky steak down with some fine ale….“wvw reset is here!” Announced a rather stout looking fellow who would not have looked out of place removing food with his teeth from a Charrs fur.
The crowd erupted with delight at the news. Many had travelled from across Tyria to witness the event. The announcer continued…..“I can now confirm that to the 2 servers that FoW will face are”……
The crowd fell silent, waiting with baited breath. Not a sound was made as the announcer let the anticipation rise to feverish proportions. An Eagle Raptor hissed from a nearby keep.
“Blacktide Den!” A few groans were heard from those at the back. People began to discuss who the other team might be. A small group of Norn and a very drunk Asuran began chanting “We want Vabbi! We want Vabbi”.
The announcer raised his hand so to hush the restless crowd. The final server to join FoW and BT will be………
The crowd fell completely silent, so silent that one could have heard a broken lock pick hit the ground…….
Strangely, the announcers shoulders dropped on opening the shiny envelope. His face lost all of it’s natural colour and he now looked more like an Ascalon ghost.
Then his face contorted into a snarling, wolf like creature….and he roared…
“KITTEN UW!! KITTEN KITTING UW AGAIN!”
He continued this way for at least 20 minutes and by the time he had finished there was one line engineer left, who stood before him.
“Why are you even here?” Asked the announcer. The engineer raised his head slowly, revealing a very cheeky grin on his face. The announcer asked "well? What do you want?
The engineer sparked up his flamethrower and said…..
“Wanna come help me cap the last 2 vistas I need?”
