i call it “Avoidance” and it’s meant to help at least slightly mitigate balance in wvw. It would work like The guard killer and guard defense lines, except, it would give you up to 10% chance to block attacks from guards,lords,supervisors (since there has to be a 10% stat), and that wouldn’t be too OP. the mid-mark skill (like the 50% endurance regen on guard kill) would grant 3 seconds of invisibility on guard/vet kill as it’s special. The final rank in it would provide an ability that stacks 3% run speed per guard/vet kill, with a max of 5 stats, equaling 15% run speed (Which will be overridden if swiftness is applied, but default as long as you have the stacks when you don’t have swiftness). this will help promote build diversity for builds and classes that do not have a lot of options for run speed without sacrificing a lot of utility.

UPDATE: coworker pointed out that a stealth on vet kill would be bad, as you can’t capture a point while invis. So, that skill is open for suggestion. But, the main draw of my proposal is the 15% run speed upon stacking. This would definitely promote more build diversity amongst players in wvw. Do you choose to keep a utility to get 25% run speed? or do you put your wvw rank points into the new rank skill i proposed that grants 15% run speed, so that you can free up a utility slot for something more support or attack oriented. less cookie cutters

There are already much to many bufs in WvW. I bet WvW would be a much better game if
- food & drinks,
- all kind of game bufs (incl the WvW-rank bufs)
would be turned of.
And buf from friendly player would be limited to a total of 5 stacks (sum of all different effects)
