Right now im on sorrows furnace and im tired of logging on to constantly find the map completely one color. (not our color)

I really enjoy running the WvW jump puzzle, (best time 6:22) but I havent been able to do it in over a month because we have never been able to hold a single thing in the eternal battleground.

Im not looking to hop on to the number one WvW server (mainly because I know it would be a 3 hour wait just to enter) I just want a server were we atleast control a single fort on the EB so I can run the puzzle. Without having to que for hours. Any recommendations?

You will find that most servers have a queue for EB that is at prime time, might be an idea to join a server that does not have a night capping crew and jump in after the young ones have headed of to bed.
But try to remember if you take a spot in WvWvW just to do the puzzle you are also take the spot of a WvWvW fighter whom is trying to secure the lands so that their server can do a JP when it is safe to do so.

Seriously your from SF and complaining about the jumping puzzles. SF had enough siege in the NSP Boarderland’s puzzle tonight to take a keep. It made for a fun fight but I am sure it inconvenienced more people than the map not being their colour.

…which according to many posters both here and on Guru…. was camping said jumping puzzles the entire time even while consistently losing everything else. —not trying to put down my own server or plug it to yet another PvE’er when it needs WvW’ers-- …just reporting what was said about it. I didn’t go near said JP b/c I was too busy running supply for people who thought we could make a comeback. So I can’t confirm or deny the validity of these rumors.

I’ll also never understand why this is such a controversial issue. Yes I’ve been blocked by campers/griefers when attempting JP’s myself. And I still don’t get why everyone makes such a big deal about access to them.

crystal desert is kitten now. has no real wvw organization. honestly i would move to maguuma/sea of sorrows/anvil rock. 3 best looking servers imo (not a member of any)

They should make the JPs a seperate map. That way those wanting to WvW can do so, and those wanting to troll others in the JP can aswell.

Would help lower WvW queues for the busier servers too.

No, we do not need any more servers. What needs to happen is then ending of free transfers and the consolidation of a few of the smaller servers into one. More servers when we have servers that are medium or low medium pop is a BIG mistake.

I would welcome anyone to Maguuma for a great WvW community. You don’t have to join the bigger guilds to feel part of the WvW community. I’m with a very small Pve guild but I run actively with our WvW guilds everyday despite not joining their guilds. Our WvW server consists of many small to medium size guilds. We have a very active mumble community to cater to our WvW players. I would welcome you to give Maguuma a try. If not for the WvW community here on Maguuma, I would easily quit GW2. Join JQ- they are known for camping the darn thing with Siege. At least you won’t get ganked in the puzzle like the rest of us… nor will you be the only one taking away from the team in the process.

JQ plays decent Wv3 too… not very consistent… but pretty good.

Thanks for all the recommendations. I normally run the jump puzzle full stealth so I never get ganked and I normally run the puzzle in 8-10 mins so the whole “camping the JP” is not really an issue with me.

Aurora glade allways needs more peeps. Specially now since jumped to next tier. Against Abaddons and Gandara.
