1. Could my character become more powerful overtime in WvWvW/PvE gear then my character in SPvP gear?

2. Also anyone know the percentage scaling when lets say “example” a level 5 character in WvWvW compared to a level 80 character in WvWvW not including the trait skills, like are the base stats different between a level 5 and a level 80 in WvWvW nude?

3. It’s so hard to find skill/stat coefficient info on this games scaling and without mods it’s kind of hard for me to really figure this stuff out.

2. Yes base stats are all the same, then further modified by the gear you wear.

Yeah for question 1, will pve gear over time get you stronger/better then in spvp gear.

For question 3 just wanted to know how much each stat effects what, like x amount of power increases x amount of weapon damage or how many points of condition damage = 1 point of extra condition damage when applied

Power and weapon damage will not affect condition damage. It’s a stat on it’s own. Power and weapon damage only affects direct damage and crits, and any bleeds/burns etc etc are based on the skill being used + condition damage. Also, I think 165 Precision is 7.8% crit chance or something similar
