Guild Wars 2

(So there are the 4 main wvw maps and eotm. ) I wondered if there can be 1 more new kind of a map that is like a wvw lobby as an option. One where groups of 15-25 people can queue with another guild of roughly 15-25 to engage in 5-10 minute fights to win pts towards their wvw score, exp toward wvw tracks and etc. It’d be fresh, new and fun. Also wvw score boards for a guild and having stats for most kills in a week for a guild, most caps, most saves, etc. It’d bring real fights into wvw. It’d be so fun to engage another group. It make guild wars live up to it’s name. Also to be able to face wvw guilds on any server would be nice.

That’s a good idea. They may use something like obsidian Sanctum to do a kind of FFA arena, or put banks and crafting stations there instead of citadels (that would hen seem quite empty without it…)

A wvw lobby with these options would add a whole new level of fun to wvw and give it some excitement.

Would be nice for recruitment. I can’t see why they can’t do that battleground format like wow, I always enjoyed the small scale arathi basin or alterac valley. I mean we have pvp but what I like about wvw is the unknown and gear diversity.

That way you could sorta have a pvp format in wvw and short gvg fights. Why not have a 15-30 minute fight instead of one boring week? But I do like that the fights in the OP format affects the overall score. Cool idea and I think it would bring something fresh and new to the wvw community.

It truly would add something amazing to wvw.

Sounds cool. I mean there is Obsidian Sanctum that people can just go to and duke it out? While people sit in Q or w/e…

And lets call it …. Kittens in the Mists.

You realise that this is what EotM was originally supposed to be? An overflow map for people while they waited in the WvW queue? Why create yet another map? Just squad up in your guild hall, then go to EotM while you’re queued for WvW.

So a smaller EotM?For guilds?
Like a GvG map?
