How about a new graphic slider to let the server send the key presses before rendering stuff like towers and castles.

We all know that the skill lag starts when we are attacking/defending large buildings like garrison and SM castle.

So why not let these buildings render less fast, so the skills you press come before rendering the castle.

Or wont this work?

Skill lag is not because attacking large structures. Its because large numbers of players are using their skills.
And You have graphical options for that.

Rendering maps/terrain does not affect network transfer/server lag – it is client side thing.

Ahh ok pejot, because in my experience everytime there are larger fights inside these keeps/castles you really notice a big skill lag, but in open fields there is not very much skill lag.

That is because in the open field the players spread out more and thus there are less skills affecting less people. In congested areas such as keeps and towers everyone is packed on a very small area and the requirements for calculations rapidly explode out of hand.
