I found these:

World vs. World

• War score:
o The points a server will get for holding an objective, will be based on the numbers of enemies in that zone at each point thick. If the zone has queues for both enemy servers, the server holding the objectives will get 100% of the points the objective is worth. If there are lesser enemy players this percentage will decrease.
o Castles, keeps and towers will give 1/5 of the normal score when it has just been taken. At every point thick this score will increase with a fifth. So a server will need to hold a castle, a keep or a tower for at least 1 hour and 15 minutes to get the full points.

• Reward:
o Only a maximum of 30 random players who helped taken Stonemist will be rewarded with a champion loot bag, wxp, badges of honor and karma all other players will only get experience.
o Only a maximum of 20 random players who helped taken a keep will be rewarded with a champion loot bag, wxp, badges of honor and karma all other players will only get experience.
o Only a maximum of 10 random players who helped taken a tower will be rewarded with a loot bag, wxp, badges of honor and karma all other players will only get experience.
o Only a maximum of 5 random players who helped taken a supply camp will be rewarded with a loot bag, wxp, badges of honor and karma all other players will only get experience.
o Only 1 random who helped taken a capture point camp will be rewarded with a loot bag, wxp, badges of honor and karma all other players will only get experience.
o A maximum of 3 random players who helped taken a Ruins of Power will be rewarded with a loot bag, a medal of honor, wxp and karma.

• Commander and squads:
o Every account/player can give a score from 0 to 5 to each commander. The score can be given by right clicking on a commander and chose the score option. A score can only be changed/given once each day.
o A commander has an option to kick or ban accounts from joining the squad.
o The looking for group window will be expended by a World vs World page. All commander names, their guild, score, squad size and what border they are in will be shown on this page. There will also be an option to join the squad.
o For every 100 kills of enemy players and guards, that a squad member or the commander makes, while in a 1200 range of the commander, will give the squad a squad boon stack.
o A squad boon stack will give each squad member and the commander, in a 1200 range of the commander, a 30 points stats increase in Vitality. And can stack up to 10 stacks.
o When a commander gets defeated all stacks will be removed. And the squad kill counter will be reset to 0.
o A squad with less then 10 squad members in a 1200 range of the commander, will not be able to build kill points, use a waypoint or get the squad boon.
o Squad members within 1200 range of another friendly commander will not be able to build kill points or get the squad boon.
o Squad members not within a 1200 range of the commander will not be able to build kill points, use a waypoint, revive defeated squad members and the squad boon will disappear until they again are within range.
o You can “Scout” an enemy commander by targeting him. Commanders name, number of squad members and a link to a map location will be represented in local chat. The person who has scouted the enemy will be rewarded with 20 Wxp , 2 Badges of Honor and 2 silver. After an enemy commander has been scouted he/she cant be scouted by anyone of your server for 15 minutes.
o A commander will have access to a special commander window. He/She can inspect all squad members gear, trait build and how they spend their World Ability Points. Also they can make short notes for each player.
o A commander can assign another squad member as second in command. There will be an option to give the second in command the commander tag and commander options for a maximum of 30 minutes. When a commander logs off or crashes the second in command will be able to play as a commander for 30 minutes without loosing the squad kill points or squad stacks.

• Reviving and rally from downed state and defeated state:
o The number of times you can rally is determined by the number of different people that did damage to you. With a max of 4 rallies. If only one enemy brings you into a downed state you can only rally one time.
o Reviving a downed player in WvW is changed so it can only be done by one player. The time it takes to revive the player is doubled.
o Reviving a defeated player is not possible anymore, except if another squad member revives you.
o Squad members can revive defeated squad members when being in a 1200 range of the commander. And no other friendly commander is in 1200 range. The reviving will costs the squad 5 kill points for every squad member being revived. When the squad doesn’t have enough kill points no one of the squad can revive a fellow squad member.

• Claiming a castle, a keep or a tower:
o A commander can claim a castle , a keep or a tower.
o You will be able to upgrade towers structural additions to tier 4. This will place a waypoint inside the tower. The upgrade will cost 50 silver and 500 supplies.
o Waypoints inside towers, keeps and castles can only be used by squad members of a commander who has claimed the keep or castle.
o To be able to use a waypoint inside a castle, keep or tower you first need to bind to it, by standing next to it and clicking on it. You can only bind to 1 waypoint.
o All squad members will have a 300 boost in vitality while being inside or in 1200 range of the castle, keep or tower.
o For each point thick a castle, keep or tower is claimed and hold, all squad members will get 20 wxp, 1 Badge of Honor and 1 silver
o Guards being killed will report numbers of enemies close to the tower, keep or castle to the commander.
o When someone who isn’t a commander claims the tower, keep or castle. The stat boost, waypoint and the reward will count for all guild member of the claimer.
o By ordering more upgrades then the owner and then reclaiming the keep, you can take control of the objective.

• Supplies:
o Dolyaks will be removed from the game.
o Supplies can be given to a Quartermaster standing near a supply depot. For each supply given to a Quartermaster you get 1 wxp.
o Destroying siege will give a random person between 2 and 10 supplies, if there is still room to carry it.
o Someone who gets defeated will drop his/her supplies. Crates will be shown for all friendly players on the location the person dies. All allies can pick up these supplies. If the supplies aren’t picked up within 3 minutes the crates will be also visible for enemy players. And they will also be able to pick them up.

• Siege:
o A build site can not be dropped within 600 range of another build site or siege. Inside a keep or tower defenders can not drop a build site within 300 range of another siege(this doesn’t include oil, canons or mortars).
o A Golem getting within 600 range of another siege will not be able to use any abilities.
o Barrel of Gunpowder blueprint can be bought from the Siege master for 40 silver or 40 badges of honor. Barrel of Gunpowder blueprints can only be dropped inside a castle, keep or tower. It takes 10 supplies to build the barrel. When the barrel is build a timer will start ticking and will explode after 120 seconds. A player can pick up a barrel and drop it. When carrying a barrel you cant be stealth or teleported. The explosion does 10k damage to all players(with a max of 50) within 360 range. Including friendly players and the barrel carrier. And 50k damage to siege.
o Siege Tower blueprint can be bought from the Siege master for 10 gold or 1000 Badges of Honor. It takes 150 supplies to build. A Siege tower build site can only be placed out side a 1200 range of a castle, keep or tower and need to be pushed by 5 players(walking speed) to a wall. Only one player can enter the siege tower every 30 seconds. And only 5 players can be inside the siege tower at the same time. Siege towers can be pushed through broken walls, but not through gates. To dock the tower to a wall 5 players need to be in the tower, the siege tower need to be standing against a wall and it takes 30 seconds to dock. A siege tower has only 50k vitality and 1k toughness. If the siege tower is destroyed all players inside the tower will take falling damage and will be stunned for 5 seconds. The siege tower will self destruct 20 minutes after it is build.

• The Arena:
o The Arena is a new zone connected to all servers(USA and EURO). You can enter the Arena by a new Assura Gate in Lion’s Arch or by pressing the “B” key(default) and select the Arena on the WvW statistics page.
o When you enter the Arena you will be placed in the spectators area(outer ring) this is a neutral zone were you cant attack other people. In this spectators area there will be different NPC’s where you can sign up your guild for a GvG.
o Signing up costs 1 gold for each round. And needs to be accepted by a member of the other guild, who also need to pay 1 gold for each round. You can max sign up for 10 rounds. When signing up also the number of players of each guild, who will be able to enter the fighting area, need to be given.
o Only nourishment stat enhancements can be used inside the arena. No server bonus or bloodlust will effect the players inside the arena.
o After each round all sigil weapon stacks will be reset to 0.
o Kills wont count as a WvW kills and you will get no exp, wxp, loot bags etc. for killing players in the Arena.
o A round is over if all players of 1 guild are dead or a player runs in the surrender area(a small area on the side of the fighting area)
o The Score will be shown on big bill boards.
o The queuing system of this zone is different then other zones. And will favor guild members who are closer to their match above players who have a battle later or didn’t have signed up. It will even kick players out of the zone if a guild member of a guild who has a battle now, or the next battle wants to enter.

well I read through the entire thing just to laugh and…. all towers will have teir 4 upgrades adding waypoints….. the troll is very strong with this one
