But even then, you’ve got what? Stand Your Ground (5 seconds, 60 sec cooldown, breaks stun), Hallowed Ground (10 sec, AoE, 6 sec cast, 80 sec cooldown), and Virtue of Courage (Only if you get the Master trait, 3 sec, 30 sec cooldown) are all Guardians have for that crucial boon which can be removed by a Necromancer. 3 things that grant 5-man groups stability that can easily be removed and do nothing against a group of 15 warriors with at least 2 stuns and a knockdown if they only equip hammers. Just thought I should put that down.

Not sure which guardians you’re running with, but I might question them about their lies about the Stand Your Ground cd. http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Stand_your_ground. Not only that, but I’d be asking them why they aren’t running shouts cd reduction if you’re having stability trouble.

I decided to just use the flat CD rather than the reduction but still, it’s 24 seconds of waiting. How fast does Earthshaker recharge? What about Skullcrack? Then you got Staggering Blow, Backbreaker, Stomp, Kick, Bullrush, and Juggernaut and this is all just for a warrior mind you, this excludes any other classes’ CC’s.

I want to point out there is a reason I linked the wikipedia page for the skill. Its cause the page shows that the cd is 30s, which is reduced to 24s.

Or you could run in an organized group where you have guardians with multiple sources of stability.

Organization + skill should always win, end of story. GvG is about synergy; all the people asking for DR are just asking for devs to nerf the skill gap and need to stop.

GvG is not a problem.
Equal numbers fights are not a problem.
Problems begin when you are outnumbered and you have to face multiple bad mechanics that support zergs instead of small organized groups.

All that needs to happen is making CC not overwrite or stack, like in GW1.

Warriors shouldn’t be rewarded for spamming knockback->knockdown->stun one right after another. They should have to wait and time it correctly instead of spamming them.

You use a CC skill on someone currently disabled? You should get punished for it.

Hrm, I thought I looked at the wiki page as well, guess I was wrong. I’ll edit my posts to reflect that.
