No Report feature for Exploits
as stated before by anet use ‘scamming’ option. Also if its happening that much fraps and/or screenshot it and send it to exploits@anet.com.
Report>Botting (Exploits/Hacks fall into the botting category.)

Them not having this option(or a text field) makes me wonder if even checking the reports. I mean if someone uses scamming as option then they are looking for scamming if none is found then have to either watch person who review logs to see if person was teleporting/speed hacking(which probably they don’t even have logs for.). Seems kinda a very convoluted process when it would take 2 seconds to add another option, or at least add a text field to the report.
It’s simple. Botting costs ANet money … exploits don’t.

Report them via support with all the video evidence you can. That’s the most effective method. Posting to forums does absolutely nothing.
Everyone says catch them on video but I’m guessing the majority of people in WvW wouldn’t have a capture program. Even if you do you can never really tell when your going to see a hacker and keeping fraps or whatever always o slows down my puter (just a little), and clogs up the Hard drive.
It needs to be an easy function for people to use.. Maybe even bringing up a way of getting the last person targeted since its much harder to get stealthers.

I know at-least three dozen people from my guild & server who have quit because ANets lack of communication or fixes for bugs and exploits in WvW.

i’m sure they’ll add a buton with the text “report cheaters” with code /copy/dev/null someday.

The reporting feature for exploits has a botting catergory. This botting catergory is designed more appropriately for economic and PvE aspect of the game. This catergory is also appropriate for some aspect of WvWvW. However for PvP in WvWvW, a large part of game play where exploit is used botting might not be a fit catergory for reporting to Anet. This is where modding, a new catergory, can be more appropriate. Modding is different from botting in that the exploit abuses players directly by modifying the code/game programme. This is where one player gained an unfair advantage over another player in direct player/player interaction like PvP in WvWvW. Whereas botting is an unfair advantage gain over another player indirectly mostly in economic ways in PvE.
