One week before seasons started or one week before the end of seasons? Also EU servers were on a different set of leagues from NA, so transferring over in the middle probably messed up your server association for the reward. When in doubt submit a ticket, but don’t hold your breath or cross your fingers.

Your rewards are tied to the server you were on when seasons started. They said it would be like that a few weeks before it started. They warned everyone. How did your other server place?

My server came in third I believe, but I still got no reward
There seems to be an issue with people who transferred from EU to NA getting chests.
It’s probably related to the same issue that’s plagued PvP from launch. For PvP players, transferring from NA to EU or vice versa meant that you would get zero tournament chests until you made as many tournament wins as you had before.

same issue here: my guild moved to EU server before season started, then we moved back few weeks later

Yup – same issue. same guild as Cynz. I should probably have known better considering the tpvp chest reward bug. When I didn’t get it at log on yesterday I pretty much assumed that was why. Bummer

The chest just had junk in it, you really didn’t miss out on anything you can’t do in 1 run of fractals.
