So everyone I have spoken to has gotten a Wvw chest and even though I completed not just the meta but every single achievement, I have nothing to show for…..

I also did not transfer servers at all….

Here is a screenshot that shows I got 5th place unlocked while I have been on Jade quarry who got the 1st place….
On the chat message you will see I am associated to JQ and I haven’t switched servers at all…..

Same problem, got meta done, server placed 2nd in the league, but no chest received. Just got to patient, I suppose, we can’t use the tickets yet anyways.

I’m on Blacktide and haven’t got an Achievement Chest either! Haven’t got an Achievement and on Official WvW Leaderboards the Points for second place that we achieved yesterday haven’t been added yet

People, please wait for Tuesday, rewards are bugged.

Tuesday is when the npc changes his dialogue and starts trading the tickets.
The chest however was supposed to awarded already…this is why people are panicking

Also note that apparently some ppl dint get even their Season 1 rewards so yea we don’t want to end up in that situation.

I also didn’t get my chest. I’m on SoR, but guildies of mine did get their chest, so it’s not a server thing.

Same here, got my meta done 10/10, it says I placed 1st when I know we placed 3rd, I’ve been on Blackgate since headstart and never moved, so… this is just dumb. I really hope they fix this and send us our boxes. I’m going to be pretty bummed otherwise.

Day 2, no response from Anet admitting to nothing is wrong.
90% of the players have apparently received the reward…..

Ditto on no chest. We placed 4th in Silver. Hubby says he got his chest. Nada for me….sigh.

I’m on HoD, we placed first in silver league. I got no achievement, no chest…nothing whatsoever.

I’m not the only one in my guild with this issue.

Seeing that I was also one who was affected by the daily laurels/crafting cd bug back over Easter and they didn’t give so much as a “sorry” or compensate in any way at all, I WILL go batkitten crazy on them if they don’t fix this tournament reward issue. >.>

This “bug” is affecting me as well. I’m on Yak’s Bend, haven’t transferred during Season Two Tourney, completed the Meta. We got 2nd place in our bracket, but my achievement tab says I got credit for “4th place.”

But I received no chest for either 4th OR 2nd place… which should be a 2nd place chest.

Are we supposed to bug report these? Or wait?

Nothing for me either. Meta completed around 3 weeks into the Spring Tourney. Got the achievement stating first place but not rewards.

Same for me, no chest. It is the weekend so most likely no one is there to work on this bug. I have hope it’ll get all sorted by Tuesday.

Have you opened a Support ticket? The forum cannot help you with resolving this issue. Click on the Support link at the top of the page and create a ticket.

There is a red post telling us to NOT open a support ticket.

What a horrible thing to ask a customer to do. Support should welcome tickets even knowing it will get plenty of them.
