No WvW-Autoloot without PvE-Autoloot?
You have to enable it in the Options Menu as well.
Autoloot: Autopickup
Autoloot: Quick Interact
But no, you do not need the PvE autoloot mastery to auto loot in WvW, you just need the WvW autoloot mastery

Ah on EB I was able to set this option, in EOTM it was dimmed.

It also may still be a finicky with certain options checked. I had to uncheck “AoE Loot on Interact” to get mine to work all the time.
