I watched a bit of it. I was too amused by the over the top production and those cringe worthy team intros (I’m sorry that you guys had to go through that) to care about the actual fights and the outcome haha.

today i went to pvp for quick rounds. opposing side had 4 turrent bunker engis and 1 cele d/d ele. so much skill.

I don’t care either. I really don’t like that we get spvp advertisement in the forums, in the game, everywhere. I don’t remmember getting the same treatment for pve or wvw events.

You’re joking about PvE right ?

Has its own webpage, History tracking, newsletters and twitch show….

Lets try to be a bit less biased and blind.

WvW players could learn a ton from watching the best players. Jumping into PvP can be intimidating for casuals, but it is by far the best implementation of the fantastic combat system in this game. Advertising helps more people make the jump and builds the player base.

I don’ t care at all. I could count only 1 or 2 rangers there.
Anet hasn’ t fixed rangers after nearly 3 years…and for this I’ m loosing interest in anything related to gw2.
I hardly log in anymore. Reason? Couse i love Ranger but Anet doesn’t. It’ s still broken and everyone knows.

Ps: l2p issue? No It’ s a broken class issue

I started playing ranger and it’s very good. I don’t see any problems.

There were more rangers in the WTS than necromancers (1) and mesmers (0). There were as many rangers as warriors and guardians. In addition to that, the two rangers ran two very different builds. It’s the only profession apart from thief that used two viable builds in the biggest tournament of the game. It a l2p issue alright.

Not sure what you’re on about. Condi survival, Read the Wind, and S/T A/D condi are all highly ranked metabattle builds and do exceedingly well in spvp. I’d say it’s very much a l2p issue.
