I’ve noticed if there is no 3rd server presence on the map, the outmanned buff never kicks in even if one server greatly outnumbers the other.

For example, in JQBL while there is no BG presence at all. We have about 50 SOR steamrolling over 20 JQ but no outmanned buff.

Later if 5 BG enter the map, now JQ will become outmanned….and BG also.

I notice that I’m often outmanned on a map until I run into a large enemy force, and lose the buff. I don’t think it works properly.

More likely, if you’re on your home BLs, there’s a heap of players akitten or hanging around in citadel for no reason, who are increasing your player count enough to avoid outmanned.

I doubt it has anything to do with BG’s presence… probably just coincidence if you noticed that.
