Guild Wars 2

Just came back after a long break and bought HoTs and a guild member told me that I should be getting proof of heroics every time I rank up in WvW. I’m now rank and 5 and have received none, nor have I got the chests. The proof
Of heroics are definitely not in my wallet either.
Is there any rank requirement before I should start receiving them or
Is this a bug?

The only limits I know of are Core game owners are supposedly limited to level 31 before entering WvW except through the portal in LA. The other is FTP accounts can’t access WvW until level 60.

Whether circumventing one of those prevents chests, I don’t know. I know you’re Rank 5 but what is your character level?

Try gaining one more rank. Ranks 1-5 require less wxp than ranks 6 onwards, and give slightly worse rewards as a result, so it’s likely that you’ll only get the proofs from rank 6 onwards.
