Guild Wars 2

So… We have lot of players that enjoy WvW and that love talking about WvW and everything related to it but we :

- Can’t talk about what we do in the game or it will be closed as match up thread
- Can’t name a server in a thread or it will be closed as a match up thread again
- Can’t talk about a WvW guild or it will be closed as match up thread
- Can’t inform the developers about bugs that we found or it will be closed for revealing “hack”
- Can’t critic anything about Arena Net or it will be closed for negativity
- Can’t necro thread to bring attention to great ideas
- Can’t even mention GvG

Couple with the fact that there is very little communication between players and developers and that suggestions/ideas seem to be often completely ignored…

What is the purpose of this forum?

I ask because it would be nice to have a great, active and positive forum back.

For once there is still a Active thread regarding Desolation, people have to be careful there though..

We have a Community driven Forums over at Gw2wvw.net, but sadly it hasn’t seen the same kind of activity like the old days especially on the EU side. I guess people enjoy a bit of drama that comes with WvW..

The WvW section is basically the /r/Pyongyang of these forums.

Yea I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. These servers remind me of China and their strict internet censorship, it’s pretty funny how you can’t say anything negative about anything. ANET would very much like to be able to type for us and tell us what we should say.
