Objectives and their points for a server
I think something like that is already in place. Every lord at every location has the righteous indignation buff for at least 3 minutes after its been taken I think.
That lasts 5 minutes and actually makes it impossible for opposing servers to immediately recapture an objective in case they are still within the walls, or to immediately flip back a camp. It doesn’t really stimulate to stick around for longer periods of time to defend that objective, and it hasn’t got much to do with that I’m suggesting.

What if they changed camps, towers and keeps to only start giving points every tick after a server has successfully held them for atleast 30 minutes? This would mean that zergs can’t just flip towers and keeps and forget about it, and they would need to leave some defenders behind to secure their points, as such splitting up their zerg a bit.
Opinions?
That is actually a pretty good idea. Problem is the community would have a hissy fit. They prefer that gameplay style. Take towers/keeps pvd, then move on to next tower. Meanwhile the enemy follows you and recaptures the tower you just took. Rinse/repeat.
Well, I was hoping people were using that gameplay style because it’s the most rewarding, not because it’s most fun. If they will start to lose points because the “flip and forget” is not as rewarding anymore they might want to adapt and go with something else, something hopefully more fun than the PvDing that’s going on a lot of the time now.
With these changes small groups of players roaming will have a lot more importance too. Just flipping 3 camps on a server’s borderland means the enemy will be missing out on atleast 2 ticks of 5 points for each of these camps, and as such I’m hoping this will stimulate the small scale.
Maybe I’m being too optimistic here, and that’s also why more feedback is always appreciated.
