Anyone know if there has been any talk about making Obsidian Sanctum its own queue so that one does not have to first queue up for EB (and possibly take someone else’s spot)?

Personally, when I go to EB it’s just to go to the JP, and I have no intention at all of being in EB for more than 20 seconds. Yet, I still have to sit in a queue.

It’s an own map with it’s own queue. But it is the intention of ANet that you have to own your EB-fortress to get into the JP. Therefore you still have to enter EB first. And only if you reached EB and at least one fortress is in your worlds possesion you can enter the JP.

That’s what I thought. dunnberry seemed to suggest otherwise.

Yea sorry after I re read it a bit I realized I only really responded to the first half of your question… Yes as he said you have to go through EB keep but players in the JP no longer count for EB population…again my bad on lack of clarity

You should be able to get into jp from mists or LA if server owns their own keep.
