Uhh… is there something i did wrong?

I went there to duel people, and that’s what happened at first. I went to a pistol whip thief who apparently agreed to duel me since both of us backed up and bowed to each other. Everything seems to start as supposed… no?

Now the fight was tough but i managed to down him. After that his friend revives him, but they both attack me, finish me and jump on my corpse? Is there something i did wrong, or why did this guy act like a fine dude with manners but after losing loses his mind?

You are right.

You just kittened him off b being better than him. He expected to win. He probably had a smug smile on his face when the duel started and it slowly shriveled away when you proceeded to beat his kitten . He then got super mad and decided to kill you in a fit of revenge.

You’ve lost your Obsidian Sanctum virginity. Congrats on making a thief rage once you’ve beaten it.

On a serious note, just be prepared for the occasional gankers and so on. And yeah, bring a friend.

This is exactly the reason I don’t feel bad for playing thief. People use words like “cheese” and “filthy” to generalize a certain class and player. All classes are easy to counter with the right built and knowledge. L2P and get over your thief rage.

But seriously though, you probably ticked off some thirteen year old.

He just couldn’t handle the fact he lost and decided to gank you afterwards. It’s very sad to be honest, and it’s not the way people do duels. Do not hesitate to kill him next time.

You have such pathetic people on all classes by the way, and it’s not a reason to stomp all the thieves you duel. Most thieves who duel are not actually like that, people just like to generalize.
