This was in the first month of the game so no surprise the majority of the people playing were up levels (including myself) and had about zero WvW experience at the time.

EDIT To add to that, I looked at the date I took the screenshot and it was August 27, 2012, so technically still during early access lol.

That was a great reminder of how far all of us have come, and how much we had to learn.

If you look closely at the Dragon Brand. you can Tell by their rank..(DragonBrand Invader) That those people are BRAND NEW to WvW as they are rank 1-4 being “Invader”. They need to learn the aspects of WvW. Also they need to take the time to read the siege prints and Learn what they can do.

This was before there were any ranks, I think.

Like a year too early for ranks…

About a year ago, I was commanding EB. We were green. A group of about 30 Blue attacked Jerrifers. They built like 5 sup catas, on the side close to golanta and cata the wall for 3 mins before they realized that wall couldn’t be destroyed.

Didn’t even have the heart to go wipe them.

LMFAO. How many good DB commanders are there anyway? The ones I’ve seen are afraid to drag their group that’s more than twice our numbers in open field zerg fights. Everytime we move in, they run back to hug their ACs and tower gates. Now they’re ramming walls as well? lol

You really don’t spend much time actually reading the threads, do you?

No need for the attitude. As much as I dont like DB as a server, I respect them for their WvW abilities. You’re a T1 server, and DB and MAG are T2 servers. Its a huge gap in terms of ability between a T1 and a T2. This screenshot was taken during the first weeks. Of course DB isnt going to know everything about WvW, and I really doubt that you and the T1 server you play on would have known that either.

When you type what you did, bashing T2 servers because you are on a T1 server, you sound like a huge jerk. We aren’t on the same level as a T1 server because we are not a T1 server. But DB and MAG and other servers, we still try in WvW, and I’m sorry if we’re beneath you. I’m just gonna take a stab at this and guess you are from BG. And with you amazing attitude towards servers that you beat, I have no compassion that you were ganged up on in T1.
