Gunnars Hold
WvW has been my preferred game mode pretty much since i started back at beta, but I’m beginning to think its time I quit the game entirely. I certainly don’t feel any pressing need to spend on HOT, as the previews indicate for WvW players the relentless drive towards ever more blobs will only continue. Or in Anet speak, freer flowing game play.
The problem is in the title, bloody golems, not sure what the problem was but the solution is crap. Perhaps aggravated by playing Abaddon’s (but not entirely, even our server uses them) defending is near impossible. Omega with mastery are kitten near invincible and can destroy any siege that can reach them. I mean really, what was the thinking behind the kitten things? It just turns off peak WvW into tower/keep swapping, leads to blobbing up with a skill level of none. Was that the intent? or a by-product of the dev’s not really understanding their own game?
