If you don’t have an enemy targeted, the orb goes nowhere. Or am I doing it wrong

With no enemy targeted, it goes in a straight line to wherever your camera is pointed. Contrast that with engineer’s similar flamethrower #2 skill which falls into the ground if you have no enemy targeted.

Why would you not detonate the orb? It’s a good clutch burst heal.
