Orb removals impact on choice of keeps and towers to attack.
Will not affect the towers/keeps or enemies we go for.
That’s affected by the current strategical approach to what ever zone we try to mess about in.
Whether that goes for everybody I have no idea about; but I do not see it affecting who we ‘ally’ with if we go that route.
Now that orbs are gone, I think servers will be more inclined to create or form alliances with each other against another server because they won’t be fighting over who gets to hold the orb anymore. It’s one less objective and one less thing to fight over.
Seafarer’s Rest will never accept a peace agreement. The german servers have a non-aggression pact already so if your not on a german server and you face 2 of them then they will double team you. like atm Riverside and Kodash will fight in same spots and kill SFR and then part ways after. this is another example of bad sportsmanship. or they will go to 1 server and get them in the lead and all transfer to another to get the other in 2nd place. might not see that happen now with the 7 day transfer cooldown, wish it was longer like 30 days instead.
SFR want to play fairly and as i said we will not accept to ally with another server so dont bother asking us.
as for the orbs, thank god they removed them, people qq’d to get the orbs changed and now there will be qqing that they have been removed. i am glad they removed it coz when outnumbered buff is on your team and face a server with 3 teams, you most likely loose the fight
standard game theory proves that this won’t really work. It’s pretty unlikely that servers will actually formally agree not to attack another unless the server they are teaming up against does something really awful (constant orb hacking) and it’s something beyond the game or incentives of score. Otherwise if two teams are going gung ho against another, it’s only a matter of time before the two teams in alliance HAVE to go for each other.
